• All payments should be made through Telegraphic Transfer to our Bank Account.

• The depositor shall bear all the Bank Charges and expenses.to be deposited amount on top of invoice as an international bank service charges in Japan.
• A certain percentage discount is offered on bulk purchase. The More quantity of units purchased, the higher the % discount.
• The Terms and Conditions of sales comply with the Japanese automobile export/trading laws, rules, and regulations. Such as, interpretation, validity, enactment, and execution.
• Any dispute between the buyer(s) and the Company occur with regards to the service, and/or any contracts concluded through the service, the parties concerned agree to attempt to settle any such disputes through dialogue in most sincere manner.
• In case, if the dispute(s) failed to be resolved through dialogue between the concerned parties, the CHIBA District Court holds original and exclusive jurisdiction over resolution of the dispute.
• Vehicles are available on first come first serve basis.
• If more than one customer is interested in the same vehicle, the vehicle will be sold to the one who pays first. For the second party we will arrange similar vehicle with same condition and specification.
• All Brand New vehicles that are eligible for export from Japan have to legally undergo a Registration Cancellation Process. After which they may appear to be Used Vehicles in documents, but they are to be considered as Brand New Vehicles.
• Vehicles sold under the term “USED AS IT IS WHERE IT IS BASIS”
• The used cars are usually has marginal Defects, and the Customer should realize that Claims will not be paid due to the Vehicle not being in Brand New Condition.
• If a vehicle`s option/accessory is not mentioned in the specification/extras of the vehicle on the website then EBS GROUP CO. is not responsible for its functioning and/or condition, as it may not be functioning properly.
• EBS GROUP CO. is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle during and/or after it has reached the destination port (loading, unloading).
• Payment Made in any other currency other then USD, All exchange rate difference will borne by buyer.
• Customer Arrangement will only proceed if we have minimum deposit of US $1000 for FOB of Vehicle up to US $8,000 & 25% of FOB amount if FOB of vehicle is more than US $10,000/
• After Arrangement of vehicle, necessary payment for shipment (i.e. 50% or 100%) must be complete within 6 working days of vehicle purchased, if there any delays then penalty will imposed based on EBS GROUP CO penalty policy
• If shipment on 50%, then remaining 50% must be complete within 6 days of BL copy. if there any delays then penalty will imposed based on  EBS GROUP CO penalty policy.
• If the Customer shall fail to pay the balance in full after 6 days after the vehicle arrival date at the Importer’s Country, EBS GROUP CO will have the full rights to forfeit the original deposit and can unit sold to a different customer to ensure the full collection for EBS GROUP CO’s security,
• Vehicles will be shipped when minimum shipment payment is received and amount is cleared prior to shipment.
• Any cancellation order or change order occurs after the already purchase unit or booked shipment the buyer will bear time and penalty charges.
• If the shipment is on route and customer want to cancel or change the order the buyer will bear the penalty .
• NOTE: We don`t  Transfer the money to any account other than the one from where the money was sent to us. We have to take these steps to abide by the Japanese Banking Law. However, if a situation arises that is reasonable for a refund; we will be deducting 20% of the FOB amount as service and bank charges.
• Once the payment is received the following documentation, necessary to clear the vehicle at the destination port, will be sent to you via mail or courier after the vessel has been shipped.
  1. B/L (Bill of Loading)
  2. Invoice.
  3. Export Certification
  4. Other required documents in your local custom.
• Buyer and consignee Names and addresses have to be confirmed so mail or fax them to us to make sure that all the shipping documents are correctly prepared before shipment.

• Vehicles will be arranged for shipping immediately after your Advance funds are received by us. Then these Vehicles will be transported to the Shipping Yards and the following charges will apply as Port charges if the shipment is held up due to customer request or Cancellation.
