How To Buy ?

Ordering vehicles from EBS Group are very simple like “123”. Our well experienced staff always there for you & guarantee the accuracy of documentation so you don`t have to face any difficulties in customs clearance at your country of import. Please follow the following simple guidelines to order quality new/used cars from EBS Groups Co, Ltd.

How to search used cars stock?

Please search the vehicle in our stock list and please send us the stock number once you select. If you cannot find a vehicle that matches your requirement in our stock, please send us enquiry form from our website or through email, chat, telephone or Skype. We have access to all auction houses and will find your inquired vehicle in a day or two.

How I can reserve the vehicle?

If you have found a vehicle that matches your requirements in our stock you may reserve it for a period of (2 working days). You have to make a partial payment within the giving time. If you fail to make a payment within the prescribed time, your reservation will be cancelled. There are several options for reserving a vehicle at EBS Group Co., Ltd ( Chat, Skype, Email, Order Form)

How I can make reservation for a selected car?

You have to make a partial payment for your reservations within (2 working days). In EBS Group Bank account Through Telegraphic Transfer which is secure and fast way to deposit.

In case, you are unable to send us the money or we don’t receive a payment for a reserved car within that period, reservation will be cancelled immediately. Please Contact us if there is any question.

When you can book for shipment and send documents?

After receiving the deposit amount for your reservation, we prepare all the necessary documents and ship the vehicle to the port you mentioned. Furthermore after receiving full payment, we will send original documents to your designated address through DHL fast service.

When I can receive original documents?

After confirming the shipment, we will send you the original documents through courier service like DHL, UPS and FedEx.

When I can drive my car?

When you receive the original documents, you can make the customs clearance in your country and enjoy your vehicle. If you need any help for custom clearance, in some specific countries we also have our clearing agent who can help you in custom clearance.

What is FOB ?

FOB means Freight on board or Free On Board. If terms of delivery of a transaction is on FOB means, the cost of movement of goods on board of ship is borne by the seller. Rest of all expenses to arrive the goods at buyer’s premises has to be met by the buyer (Shipment charges to the final port, Insurance and or local transport charges).

What is C&F or C.I.F incoterms?

CIF, Cost, Insurance and Freight means that the selling price includes the cost of the goods, the freight or transport costs and also the cost of marine insurance. C&F means the selling price includes the cost of the goods and the freight. Customers prefer to use C&F terms for import of used cars, so that seller will be responsible till the port of destination.

What is international Bank Charges and who should pay bank charges?

When transferring any amount internationally there is a remittance fee require to pay to the remitting bank. Customer is responsible for the any charges incurred during transfer of funds to the seller’s account. While wire transfer, customer should choose “All charges on Applicant Account” in field 72 of MT202.

Can I change the vehicle that I ordered to another one?

Its not allowed to change the vehicle after payment. In some serious circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible.

After purchased a vehicle from auction can I cancel it?

You can cancel a vehicle bought from an auction through us. However, deposit amount will be non refundable to cover auction fee and some other expenses. We advise our customer to check each and everything before making a deposit and final decision about buying a car from auction.

How long will it take to ship my car to my country?

Once the vehicle leave Japan, the delivery time is about two to six weeks depending on the destination. Some time it may be difficult to book the space depending on the season and the countries. However, on the basis of strong forwarding and shipping companies network with EBS Group, we always book earliest vessel to accommodate our customers.

What documents I will receive after shipment?

Once the vessel leaves from the port in Japan, the shipping company will issue the shipping documents (B/L). Then we will send you all of the necessary documents by courier with tracking number, comprising following depending on the countries.
(i) B/L (Bill of Lading)
(ii) Export Certificate
(iii) Invoice
(iv) Marine insurance on your request if shipment is CIF basis
(v) Pre-shipment inspection (JAAI/EAA/JEVIC/QISJ)
