Buying a vehicle
Pick a vehicle from our online stock or send us a target model, year and budget. We confirm the price (or bid for it at auction against your maximum), inspect it, and send you a single invoice. Once payment clears we handle export and shipping.
Yes. Around 150,000 vehicles pass through Japanese auctions every week. Tell us the make, model, grade, mileage and budget and we will search live auctions and send matching lots with photos and the auction grade sheet.
Every vehicle is checked in person by our staff. We verify the auction grade, confirm mileage against service records where available, and photograph any damage. If something differs from the listing we tell you before you commit.
Auction houses grade vehicles from roughly grade 6 (near new) down to R (repaired/accident). We only recommend lots that match the condition you ask for, and we explain the grade in plain language on every quote.
Payment
Payment is by international bank transfer (T/T) in Japanese Yen. The invoice shows the full landed cost so there are no additional charges from us after you pay.
A deposit or full payment is required to secure the vehicle after inspection. The balance, if any, is due before the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel.
No. One invoice covers the vehicle, inland transport to the port, inspection, export paperwork and ocean freight to your chosen port. Charges at your destination (duty, VAT, clearing) are set by your local customs and are not included.
Shipping & delivery
We regularly ship to ports across East and Southern Africa, the Caribbean, the Pacific Islands, the Gulf and South Asia. If your country allows right-hand or left-hand drive imports from Japan, we can most likely serve you.
Single vehicles usually travel RoRo (roll-on/roll-off), which is the most economical. Container shipping is available when you want extra protection or are shipping parts and personal effects alongside the vehicle.
Transit time depends on the route: roughly 2–4 weeks to the Gulf and South Asia, 4–6 weeks to East Africa, and 5–7 weeks to the Caribbean and Pacific. We share the vessel schedule and tracking once the car is booked.
You receive the commercial invoice, the Japanese de-registration (export) certificate, the English export certificate and the bill of lading — everything your customs broker needs to clear the vehicle.
Regulations & after-sales
Many countries restrict the age of imported vehicles or require pre-shipment inspection (for example JEVIC or QISJ). Tell us your destination and we will confirm the rules and arrange any required inspection before shipping.
Yes. We source genuine and quality used parts for Japanese vehicles and can consolidate them with a vehicle shipment or send them separately.
